Distal
Tomorrow May (EP)
©2007 independent
Blaring, blistering, crunchy, and in your face is what describes Distal's EP, "Tomorrow May". The sonic quality
of this finely produced short album is excellent, nicely mixed with the vocals lying prominently over a bed of hard rock.
They are poised to grab attention.
Of the five songs, the ones that stuck out most were the title cut, "Tomorrow May", and "This Time Around
(Tabula Rasa)". The sound is fluidly consistent throughout.
EP's can be great for giving you a taste of a band or an artist. I just prefer a whole slice of pie. For that matter,
give me that whole pie! Here is hoping more things are in store in their future.
