C-Stone 93 was one of the coolest events of my life, and we took a large crew of travelers, a circus tent to unify the
campsite, and plenty of 8mm video tape to record our adventure. The seminars were better than ever, the fellowship tight,
the night-time worship just crazy, and we also had a chance to see some classic bands and concerts, including LSU, Undercover,
Vector, Bride, Dakoda, Charlie Peacock, Prayer Chain, Ben Okafor, Phil Keaggy, Daniel Amos, and Rez.
We journeyed with a group of 25 single dudes and chicks, well-prepared for a week living outdoors...16 hours
away from home. Everyone pitched in and we organized all our money and gear into a large and awesome campsite of
tents and vehicles parked around our 20x30-foot circus tent and small trailer. Our resident chef brought tons of
food and we all enjoyed fabulous meals.
We even invited some of the bands, artists, and stray travelers to hang with us. At night, dozens of folks came
to our camp to jam and worship around the fire. It was like a Deadhead gathering or Woodstock revisited, but much better.
